Coquito Coffee
A creamy, cinnamon-spiced holiday coffee inspired by Puerto Rico's iconic coquito.

Brew two shots of strong espresso and let them cool slightly.

In a small saucepan, warm the cream of coconut, coconut milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg until steaming.

Pour the espresso into glasses, then top with the warm coconut cream mixture.

Dust with cinnamon. Serve hot, or pour over ice for an iced coquito coffee.
